Fur Shawl
This is knitted from a super synthetic micro-fibre yarn which feels like cat fur. It is quite weighty when knitted. The yarn is silky and very slippery. Joining ends of yarn is difficult as knots slip, so I left the ends of the knots really long and knitted either end into the body of the piece.
Using size 9 mm needles, 3/4 balls 'fur' wool
The Pattern:
cast on 3 sts
row 1: K, continue in garter st throughout shawl
row 2: K, Inc 1 st at either end
row 3: K1, inc 1 continue til last 2 sts, inc1, K1,
Continue in this manner inc 1 st at each end of every row til yarn complete.
